Description

💡Not so long ago, plantations of tropical spices covered much of Singapore. This precious cargo found its way to warehouses along the Singapore River and on to the rest of the world. The island became home for many cultures, who created unique local dishes with combinations of these spices. This marmalade continues in this tradition.

A mellow marmalade with a complex and intriguing depth of spice notes. Inspired by the spices traded in Singapore in the days when tropical spices were worth more than gold, this blend balances pineapple and citrus with aromatics which take their time to reveal themselves slow.
