💡Kaya is a jam traditionally made in the Nanyang area using eggs, sugar and coconut milk. We specially add pandan leaves juice into it to give it a distinctively sweet fragrance of floral grass, a more creamy taste, and a pleasing green colour. Because pandan leaves is so widely used and well-loved here in Asia, many international food critics describes the Pandan leaves as The Vanilla of Asia.
